BTEC Higher Apprenticeships

BTEC Higher Apprenticeships

The BTEC Higher Apprenticeships are developed to offer employers an alternative option to graduate recruitment. They offer new entry routes into skilled professions with an opportunity to gain qualifications up to graduate level with practical work-based experience. Besides, apprenticeships provide a unique opportunity for employers to develop their internal talent. As such, apprenticeships are entirely work-related and they:

  • Provide a work-based substitute to university and an affordable way to highly skilled occupations.
  • Enable employers to develop and grow their talent while building an elite group to work beside their graduate intake.
  • Recognize and develop existing employees’ skills
  • Provide a potential way to professional status and advanced study

BTEC Higher Apprenticeships: Who are they for?
